Love the magnesium oil spray!!! Excellent!

A friend told me about 100% Magnesium Oil because I have bad varicose veins in my legs & I’m in my 60’s.. they hurt & since she is in her 80’s, she said she can’t sleep without applying it. I let my mom try mine, she has osteoporosis & major back issues from a car accident when I was a baby. It helped her too so she ordered a bottle. My mom told my sister & her neighbor, but now it’s on back order. So they’re waiting so they can also order a bottle. After just 3 days of using your magnesium oil, my horrific leg cramps have greatly subsided. They kept me up most of the night, but now I am sleeping like a baby! And only once did I experience a slight itching sensation. Wonderful!!!!

I used the Magnesium oil for the first time approximately 3 years ago. I had arthritis swelling/pain and flare ups in the joints on my index finger and nothing seemed to provide any relief. My Nephew recommended trying the Magnesium oil, I did and within a couple of days the swelling and pain was almost gone. Great relief...I recently started applying it to my Wife's shoulders and neck to try and relieve the pain from her fibromyalgia, it's working and she is sleeping better...Great stuff!!

I love this stuff !! I use it for nighttime leg cramps and minor aches and pains . It does have a minor stinging sensation at first but it goes away fast and is def not a reason to not use this stuff .

A naturalist doctor friend told me to try spraying magnesium oil on the base of my neck for the very frequent migraines I get. This stuff is amazing. It also comes with a small purse size bottle to carry with you. Added bonus, alleviated my neck pain. (accident I was in 19 years ago). So I started using it on other sore areas of my back. Had to buy my husband his own bottle because he works out of town often!!

New to this brand. I can't say its not working I just finished another brand I picked in Sprouts. I have noticed that my hands are dry and cracked after each use. Whereas I didn't notice that with the other brand.

I've been using this product to help ease the pain I have with endometriosis. With my endo, I'll get a sore, aching abdomen and it sometimes grows into something unbearable. I'll start using it when the pain acts up and I notice that it makes my day bearable and keeps my big flare ups at bay.

Has work wonders for sore muscles after the gym. I use to hate leg day and now don’t have to worry about the jello feeling after my workouts. Just spray area where sore and within minutes your alleviated from the pain!

I deal with a lot of inflammation and pain. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, osteoarthrithis, and compressed discs in my spine. At 56 I didn't want to give up and magnesium oil has helped reduce my pain drastically. I rub it on the joints or mix the oil in a warm bath and get quick relief from pain.

Works better than any other over the counter pain meds. Just spray and rub on soar area like joints and feel good!

My massage lady suggested this for muscle soreness. It works! My doctor agreed but suggested an additional magnesium tablet. It goes a long way. Kinda tingles when you first use it but that goes away. I will buy again if I ever use this up.

This does help but I find that it dries out my legs. I also put it on my hip if that acts up.

All magnesium sprays do tend to make me itch and slightly sting but the benefits ie less pain, better sleep are worth it! Only three stars since the bottle was leaking and I didn?t receive the small travel bottle

Love this stuff!! I have been using this for a couple and months and this stuff is amazing. I have pulled my MCL and torn my meniscus. With that being said my MCL healed short so it pulls and I would get a Charlie Horse in my leg right where the MCL connects. Since I have been using this on my legs at night I have had no leg cramps st all not even one. I went from having one every night to not having one in a couple of months. I also have used this by putting it on the bottoms of my daughters feet when she would feel a migraine coming on and it helps stop the migraine!!! I LOVE this oil!

This stuff my actual work! I had Corporal tunnel and my hand would ache day and night, even wake me up during sleep.Been using for over a month, not faithfully but mostly at night. Very greasy and sticky after it drys. BUT My hand does not ache during the day nor does it wake me up at night! I'm sold and it takes quite a bit to get me to like a product.

This really helps with sleep, anxiety, muscle aches/cramps, pain from old horseback riding injury (broken collarbone) & psoriatic arthritis (what my dad used to call ?the heartbreak of sorry-asses? to make me laugh when I was a kid?had the rash part on elbows since I was a baby), starting from the first night. I think modern day life stress uses up magnesium in the body, because what a difference this makes?obviously it?s needed! This is very light & seems to absorb quickly. The 1st time I used this, I used an extra sheet to protect the regular sheets, but found it?s not really necessary. I refuse to take sleeping pills or pain medicine; this (plus a morning greens drink for antioxidants/anti-inflammatory? Organifi, which really is minty, not nasty-tasting) is the happy stuff lol. Anyway, I got bottles for my sister, both sons, daughter-in-law, other family members, bestie, even my boss when he complained with magnesium deficiency symptoms. I used this product on my lower back and hips, it worked wonderfully, try small area first, it kind of itchy first , but it goes away, DO NOT USED THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT GLOVES TO MASSAGE your body, it will severely dry your hands ,,, also it?s helping me stay asleep.

Bought this for my 8 year old but even with diluting and following the suggestions it was way too itchy *NOTE* the only place it did not itch were the bottom of the feet....However, even with moisturizing it made her feet dry and peel. With Doc's approval we're switching to an oral supplement for her. I take an oral magnesium myself so I use this here and there when I think to. The problem for me is somewhat the same- the itching/dry skin and also leaves a filmy-feel to the skin for a while after. I give 3-star rating since it's a little tricky to rate. We didn't use it consistently enough to know if it was an effective and beneficial product...but the reason of not using it enough may be a little more of a personal issue (itching etc) so I wanted to try to be fair and honest

I suffer with chronic pain in my hands, feet and legs and magnesium oil helps a lot, especially when trying to sleep at night.

I have used it a few times. My chiropractor said using the magnesium oil is very good to help relieve muscle cramps. It feels great when I spray it on, but it dries leaving a tacky feeling on my skin. I can't really say for sure how well it works, but I havne't had any muscle cramps since I started using it. Then again, I don't get muscle cramps very often, so it's had to gauge.

Good stuff! I had bad arthritis in one hand. I spray this directly on it and, while it doesn't eliminate the pain, it reduces it significantly in 30 min to an hour.

Stings a bit when you apply it but I put it around my ankles. I'm 9 months pregnant and my feet are what my midwife say are a 1 out of 3 swollen and they ache. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm active all day or laying down all day, my ankle area is sore. I put some of this on today before I went to take a nap and when I got up about an hour later (even though I couldn't sleep lol) my ankle area felt a lot better. It does sting a bit probably has to do with the hair follicles in your leg maybe being bigger than other places because it didn't hardly sting when I tried some on my arms and back of my neck. I like that it comes with a travel bottle, I filled it up for my sister who gets constant migraines so I will see if that helps her out or not.

Love this stuff so much. Ive been putting a liberal amount of sprays into my lotion which I put on after I shower at night. Magnesium oil is known to help with sleep issues like insomnia. I put it in lotion because I read that it can dry your skin out. Which it did to mine when I applied without lotion. This stuff also helps make period cramps much much less painful. If you are buying this for easing the pain of cramps I highly recommend this. After a month of use, I felt NO cramps during my last period. This has not been the case for me .. ever .. there is definitely a connection between the two. So glad I discovered this oil!!

Really relieves muscle pain

Works well for constipation! I spray it on the bottom of my feet in the evening for pain but in the morning...BAM! Dont use it if you have plans the following day! ??.

I have purchased this magnesium oil before. I love it. It works great to relieve tight muscles.

I am not sure what to expect with manesium oil but this make me itchy like no ones business. There is also a burn feeling to it. Usually takes 10-15 minutes for it to go away. I think I will try diluting it. Not sure if this is a normal reaction but I wanted to ise it has deoderant and although it does work as that, I cant take the discomfort.

Since using I seem to be sleeping better and less muscle aches.

Ive told other people about this and I do love it but its just so Wailea greasy and it burns my skin. However, I do sleep well.

I have no doubt this is a quality product, but it's just too oily in consistency for me. I've used other brands that were advertised as less oily and less irritating (granted that probably equates to being more diluted), but they worked better for my needs as I didn't feel slick and oily and wasn't worried about it absorbing into my clothes vs. waiting around a long time for this to absorb. I'm going to try mixing this with a little water to adjust the consistency. I've only taken off 1 star for that because, well, this is called magnesium OIL afterall, lol. Also, I don't generally have sensitive skin, but this stuff is a bit stronger and thus a bit more irritating. Be sure to heed the warnings and never use magnesium oil of any kind/brand on freshly shaved or irritated skin or you'll be in a world of burning and stinging unpleasantness for a few minutes. However, that is nothing against this particular product as they will all irritate to some degree on sensitive skin areas. As I said, this is a high quality product and I can personally attest to how well magnesium works for stress/anxiety and sleep (it's a lifesaver in those ways), but this particular one was just too oily for my needs.

Great product, I utilize the magnesium in my own deodorant along with MCT oil, H2O and essential oil.

Magnesium Chloride is the best form of magnesium for your body. It's the most easily absorbed and best in a topical form (not orally ingested). I put 2oz of this stuff in a bath once a week and it really helps me with my depression and anxiety symptoms. I can tell when I'm magnesium deficient pretty quickly as I start having difficulty sleeping and I get gradually more and more anxious. I've taken lots of other oral and topical magnesium supplements (chelated magnesium, epsom salts, etc), but this stuff works the best.

I apply it before I go to sleep. It has a slight tingling sensation on the skin but it's not too bad. I use it to help me sleep more soundly.

I swear my shoulder feel better since using this. I quit using for a few days and it started hurting again. Put it on last night an shoulder feels great again today. May be a placebo....but keep the placebo coming!

I use this to help me stay asleep (6 sprays max). If I use more I feel tired the next morning.

a friend recommended that we use Magnesium oil spray because it works better then the pill type. I have been using it but not as much as I should. I have noticed some improvement in the leg cramps that I get, so it is working.

My husband has noticed that within an hour of application, the joint pain in his knees becomes non-existent. My migraines have decreased significantly, which is life changing. On the evenings in which the magnesium oil was used before bed, we've felt that we've had more restful sleep, feeling rejuvenated, and refreshed in the morning. I want to give this magnesium oil 5 stars, however, it is incredibly drying, and leaves your skin itchy with every use. I've found that a layer of gold bond medication lotion over the oils can relieve any discomfort.

I used to go to bed with "electric socks" on my feet. At least that's what it felt like. Numb toes and sparks of darting pain in the skin of my feet. But now, having taken a spray bottle to my feet from the first morning, even hours later at bedtime, there's still the numbness but there are no painful electric charges. Thank you so much for this! I use this all the time. I had a total knee replacement a little over 2 months ago and I spray my knee at night before sleep because it hurts and swells by the end of the day. It takes 20 minutes for it to soak in and then after it does I put a CBD lotion on it and it is great. It really works good. I use it on other areas when I get deep pains.

I am amazed by this product. I bought it for restless leg syndrome, but am finding that it also helps with knee and ankle pain. My whole family uses it now.

This particular brand of magnesium spray was recommended to me by a friend who is a certified sports nutritionist. He told me that he recommends it to his clients, so I thought I would try it. It takes several weeks of use to see benefits and I have not been using it that long. It is easy to apply with the spray button and the product is a light oil with a pleasant smell. After spraying, you rub the oil into your skin. Sometimes it stings or tingles when applied to my skin, but it isn’t bad.

Bought it for my husband's back pain and now we use it on my daughters achilles tendon/calf (she has hypertonia in her right leg) Works great!
